Terms & Conditions
#1. No dead buyers, kindly inform me even if you're no longer interested in the item.
#2. Dead buyers and people who expressed interest in any item but failed to reply to my emails will be blacklisted.
#3. Items sold will be removed from this blog.
#4. Please ask all questions before confirming the deal, I'll not be responsible for any information you missed.
#5. No trades, unless I like your items (Add $3 for trades if you initiate trade)
#6. NO NO NO MEETUPS unless you get more than 1 item, or you're getting shoes/bags/bulky items, and it will be TO MY CONVENIENCE. If you're afraid of lost mails, please opt for registered postage. (See #8)
#7. Payment will have to be transferred to me before meetups.
#8. Prices are not inclusive of postage.
#9. Please add $1 for normal mail and $3.20 for registered mail.
#10. I'll not be responsible for damaged or lost mails.
#11. Prices are negotiable but please do not quote me unreasonable prices.
#12. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
#13. Reservations only available with deposit. (50% of item price) If you back out on the deal in the end, deposit will not be returned.
#14. In the event of multiple interested parties, highest bidder or the one who can make fastest payment gets it.
#15. Payment to be in within 1 day of confirmation, or item will be put up for sale again and you'll be blacklisted.
#16. Methods of payment: ATM transfers, iBanking, concealed cash at buyers' risk.
#17. The tagboard is only for advertising purposes, please email me for enquiries.
#18. Please ask me for permission before using my pictures and do credit me.
#19. I reserve the rights not to sell my items to you or to change the T&Cs without prior notice.
